Puutarhayritysten tuotantokustannusten seurantamallit

Abstract

Yrityksen taloutta suunniteltaessa sekä koko yrityksen tuotantokustannuksien että yksittäisen tuotteen valmistamisesta aiheutuneiden kustannusten tunteminen on tärkeää. Puutarhatalouden seurantamallit ovat laskentamenetelmä, jonka avulla seurataan puutarhatalouden tuotantokustannusten muutoksia. Niiden päätarkoituksena on kustannuskehityksen seuranta. Sitä vastoin tuotannon kannattavuutta niiden avulla ei voida määrittää. Puutarhayritysten tuotantokustannusten seurantamalleja on kehitetty vuodesta 1993 alkaen. Vuonna 1994 Lassheikki kehitti puutarhayritysten tuotantokustannusten seurantamallit keskeisimmille puutarhakasveille. Lehtimäki päivitti nämä mallit kahdesti, vuosien 1995 ja 1997 hintatasoille. Vuonna 2000 Outa päivitti tilamallit vastaamaan vuoden 1999 hintatasoa. Alkuperäisen tuotantokustannusten seurantamallien sisältämiin valkokaalin, kiinankaalin, porkkanan, sipulin, mansikan, mustaherukan, omenan, kasvihuonetomaatin ja -kurkun, sekä leikkoruusun yritysmalleihin lisättiin tällöin taimitarhatuotannon ja omenan tiheäviljelyn tuotantokustannusten seurantamallit. Nykyisen päivityksen yhteydessä ajanmukaistettiin mallitilojen viljelymenetelmät ja tuotantopanosten käyttömäärät nykyistä käytäntöä vastaaviksi sekä päivitettiin laskelmat vuoden 2003 hintatasoon. Muutoksia edellisiin malleihin verrattuna ovat valoviljelyn mukaan ottaminen suurempaan kurkkutilamalliin sekä toisen edellistä leikkoruusumallia suuremman mallitilan laatiminen. Tilamallilaskelmien perusteella voitiin todeta, että tuotantokustannukset ovat nousseet lähes kaikkien mallitilojen osalta. Avomaa vihanneksilla kustannukset ovat nousseet keskimäärin 14 % yrittäjän palkkavaatimuksen jälkeen. Hedelmän- ja marjanviljelyn tilamalleilla tuotantokustannukset ovat nousseet keskimäärin 6 %. Kasvihuonetuotannon mallitiloilla tuotantokustannukset ovat nousseet keskimäärin 20 %.

In the planning process of the economics of an enterprise, it is important to know both the production costs of whole enterprise and the production costs of one single product. Farm model is a method to examine the changes of production costs of horticulture. Farm models suit best for examining development of production costs, but for monitoring the profitability ithey don't suit so well. Horticultural farm models have been developed since 1993. In 1994 Lassheikki created farm models to the most common horticultural crops. Thereafter Lehtimäki has renewed the models couple of times, first in 1995 and then 1997. In year 2000 Outa renewed the farm models so that they were corresponded the cost level of year 1999. At that time also two new farm models were increased, i.e. the farm models of nursery and the dense cultivation of apple. Former farm models were the models of white cabbage, Chinese cabbage, carrot, onion, strawberry, blackberry, apple, tomato, cucumber and cut rose. In the renewing of the models producing methods, input use and the price of inputs were updated so that they corresponded better the current cultivation situation. Models are made responding the cost level of year 2003. Some other changes were made to the former models. The most important change was made in the cucumber model, in which the lightening was taken to use. The other change was made to cut rose farm model, in which an another bigger farm model was constructed. On the grounds of the horticultural farm models we notice that the production costs have risen. The production costs of outdoor vegetables have increased on average 14 % as the wage claim of farmer was taken into consideration. Production costs of berry plants and apples have risen on average 6 % and the production costs of greenhouse models have risen 20 %.
