Maatilojen tulokehitys vuoteen 2000

Abstract

Tutkimuksessa esitetään arvio maidontuotantoon, sikatalouteen ja viljantuotantoon erikoistuneiden maatilojen tulokehityksestä vuoteen 2000. Laskelmat perustuvat maatalouden kannattavuustutkimuksessa mukana olevien kirjanpitotilojen tuloksiin vuosilta 1993-1995. Vuosille 1996-2000 laadituissa tulokehitysarvioissa tilojen tuotanto- ja tuotantopanosrakenne on pidetty vuoden 1995 tasolla. Vuodesta 1995 vuoteen 2000 tulokehitystarkastelussa mukana olevista tuotantosuunnista viljatiloilla tulot alenevat suhteellisesti vähiten maataloustulon aletessa 1-2 % vuodessa. Peltoalaltaan ja lehmämäärältään samankokoisten maitotilojen tulokehityksessä ei ole suuria eroja eri tukialueiden välillä. Niiden maataloustulo alenee keskimäärin 6-8 % vuodessa. Sitä vastoin sikatalouteen erikoistuneiden tilojen tulokehityksessä on sekä tuotantolinjoittaisia että tukialueittaisia eroja. Tukialueesta riippuen maataloustulo alenee lihasikatiloilla 7-13 %, porsastuotantotiloilla 4-7 % ja yhdistelmätuotantotiloilla 9-11 % vuodessa. Tulotason säilyminen edellyttää maatiloilta jatkuvaa tuotannon kehittämistä ja kustannusten tarkkaa seurantaa kaikissa tuotantosuunnissa.

The objective of this study is to estimate the development of the economic result of farms specialised in dairy production, pig husbandry, and cereal production until the year 2000 on the basis of the results of bookkeeping farms in 1993-1995. The concepts of agricultural surplus and agricultural income are used to indicate the economic results of farms. Income development is examined in a static situation, where the production structure, use of inputs, and fixed costs are assumed to remain at the level they were in 1995. In the income estimates of the year 1996, changes in the prices of agricultural products from 1995 to 1996 are taken into account. The prices of the year 1996 are used as estimates for the years 1997-2000. The levels of support used in the income calculations are based on the information that was available in January 1997. The cuts in the support due to the saving measures in the state budget have been taken into account. The income calculations include the national support that was made possible by the Article 141 of the Accession Treaty. In this study it is assumed that the aid for animal husbandry is paid also in the year 2000 although the settlement with the European Commission applies
