Ruusujuuri, "Pohjolan Ginseng" Dynaforce - tuotekehityksen tieteellinen pohja

Abstract

Hankintatukku Oy on kehittänyt vuosina 2001-2002 pohjanruusujuuresta (Rhodiola rosea L.) Dynaforce-nimisen uutteen. Uute on valmistettu luonnonkasvista. Tällaisen tuotteen kaupallisessa valmistuksessa on otettava huomioon muun muassa seuraavat seikat: voimassa oleva lainsäädäntö, tuotteen fysiologiseen vaikutukseen ja käyttöturvallisuuteen liittyvät, olemassa olevat tiedot, raaka-aineen jatkuva saatavuus ja sen laatu, valmistusprosessin hallinta ja uusien tuotteiden mahdollinen markkinapotentiaali.

During 2001-2002 the Finnish health food and pharmaceutical company Hankintatukku Oy developed Dynaforce, a product, which is an alcoholic extract of arctic root, Rhodiola rosea L. During the product developing process, the aspects which had to be taken into consideration included: existing official regulations, scientific data on the physiological effect of the plant, safety questions concerning the use of the product, availability of raw material and its continuous supply, quality of the raw material, up-to-date processing methods and the market potential of the product.
